Donny and Natalie have owned and operated Burbank Health & Fitness Center for 16 years. They both became certified in 1996. Opening a fitness studio in the beautiful city of Acton has been their dream for more than a decade. Their company has worked with clients from 14 years of age all the way up to clients in their late 90s, teaching them how to form new health habits. Most of their clients have been the average housewife just needing to shape up, but they have also had their share of those in the entertainment industry, fitness competitors who need that “photo ready body”. Donny is especially good at identifying and correcting where our clients are making mistakes with their nutrition, exercise and rest. Natalie loves helping clients transform their bodies from weak and under-muscled into strong, lean and healthy. They strongly believe that there are four basic components to a healthy body: More sleep, Sensible eating habits, Cardiovascular exercise (go long!) and Muscle rebuilding (go strong!). There aren’t many others who can say it better or teach it more clearly than Donny can.
